Little Hickory Island

Between Lover’s Key State Park (Black Island) and Bonita Beach is Little Hickory Island. Along this island the street becomes Hickory Boulevard until turning East and becoming Bonita Beach Road. This pristine island offers large beachfront homes and condominium towers on the west side and bayfront homes and condominiums on the East side. There are just 12 streets running from Hickory Boulevard. This island has long been known as a truly unique place, and real estate along this corridor is some of the highest value in Lee County. Damage was felt along the island, but much has been corrected and new construction is everywhere.
